Instructions

Step 1

In a medium pot, bring water, cardamom seeds, saffron, fennel seeds, and lemon zest to a boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from heat and allow it to steep for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in raw honey and serve.

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon raw honey
